These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdreams ("phdreams," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phdreams website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

phdreams reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the phdreams Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. phdreams strictly prohibits access by minors and conducts age verification during the registration process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to contract are not eligible.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phdreams or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of phdreams and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

phdreams reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phdreams may result in account suspension or termination.

To access real-money gaming services on the phdreams Platform, you are required to create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the phdreams Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phdreams will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify phdreams immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting our support team via live chat.
• KYC Verification: phdreams is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide all documentation requested for this purpose, including a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of address.

All financial transactions on the phdreams Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phdreams currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• Withdrawal Processing: phdreams aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any encumbrance. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phdreams is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
• Transaction Limits: phdreams may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

phdreams offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of additional accounts will result in account termination.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and other specified titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse Prevention: phdreams reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or collusive manner.

phdreams reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. The availability of any particular promotion does not create an obligation on phdreams to continue offering that promotion in the future.

All games available on the phdreams Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products:

• Binding Results: The result of each game round as recorded by phdreams' system shall be final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on our server, the server record shall prevail.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, phdreams reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagers to the relevant player accounts. phdreams shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Each game has specified minimum and maximum wager limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Wagers outside these limits will not be accepted.
• Disconnection Policy: If your connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules as recorded on our server. phdreams is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) based games on the phdreams Platform use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdreams Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional offers
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phdreams staff or other players
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law

All content on the phdreams Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of phdreams or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from phdreams
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Content

Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in civil or criminal penalties. phdreams actively enforces its intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phdreams, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

phdreams does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or defects
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within any particular timeframe
• The Platform or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. phdreams is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform.

phdreams is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an account with phdreams, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of:

• Account registration, verification, and management
• Processing financial transactions and preventing fraud
• Complying with anti-money laundering and KYC obligations
• Providing customer support and communicating with you about your account
• Improving the Platform and personalizing your experience
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

phdreams is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phdreams Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of the time elapsed and your net gaming position.

phdreams strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately terminated and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
• phdreams-Initiated Termination: phdreams reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any bonus funds or promotional credits in your account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to you subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law), shall survive the termination of your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phdreams, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and will endeavor to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
